Before
A room makeover can drastically change the look of any space. You can even reutilize some of your existing furniture like in this living room makeover. With clever thinking and a good sense of space planning, any room can be converted into a different and improved one. In this particular case, our client wanted to redesign her living room to achieve a cozier and more stylish look. Some living room remodels tips were implemented in order to achieve this. Our client was open to suggestions and wanted fresh ideas and concepts from us. The style they had in mind was a neutral, calm minimal look. However, they had some particular requirements. they wanted to maintain the bookshelves and integrate them into the new design.
After
After different options and ideas, we decided to create an additional cabinet to unify both bookshelves. This cabinet consisted of one unit on top and one below to surround the TV area. The idea was to create a link between the two bookshelves. Therefore, we obtained the look of a single big TV unit and created consistency and clarity in the new design. We decided to create the additional units in white, to keep it as neutral as possible and also to increase the reflection of light in this room.
